I am really enjoying these glimpses into the thought processes and opinions of one of my favorite authors. The Walt Longmire series is outstanding on so many levels and I hope this week of blogs will bring Craig Johnson to the attention of more readers.
And by the way, (Penguin, are you paying attention?) - We Want More Walt! More Often!!!
Can't you see your way clear to publishing two a year, so the wait isn't so long between installments? I work in a library, and it's very hard for readers to sustain interest in a series when (1) there's only one book a year and (2) a long-awaited installment such as ANOTHER MAN'S MOCCASINS is then **delayed** for 3 more months with no explanation! We readers get emotionally invested in the lives of the characters, you know ...
