Tolle's books are too fuzzy wuzzy for my taste - yet they do contain some nuggets of truth.

Humans - as created - have two parts to their brain. Tolle primarily is discussing techniques to get in touch with the right side of the brain.... nothing too sinister in that... and certainly not the doorway to some dark underworld - this IS the way we are built.
