The New York Times Bestseller Highlights for the Week of August 2nd
For the week of August 2nd, Rocket Men by Craig Nelson (Viking) debuts at #16 on hardcover nonfiction list. In addition, two titles move up to the #1 spot; Tailspin by Catherine Coulter (Jove) is #1 on the mass market bestseller list in its second week; and Listen to the Wind by Greg Mortenson and Susan L. Roth (Dial) is #1 on the children's picture books list in its 26th week.
Here are more New York Times bestseller highlights:
On the hardcover fiction list, Black Hills by Nora Roberts (G.P. Putnam's Sons) is #3 in its second week; The Help by Kathryn Stockett (Amy Einhorn Books/ Putnam) moves up to #8 in its sixteenth week; and Dead and Gone by Charlaine Harris (Ace) is #12 in its eleventh week.
On the hardcover nonfiction list, The Girls from Ames by Jeffrey Zaslow (Gotham) is #12 in its twelfth week.
On the trade paperback fiction list, The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini (Riverhead) is #14 in its 212th week; Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon (Penguin) is #15 in its fourth week; In the Woods by Tana French is #19 in its 22nd week; and The Likeness by Tana French (Penguin) is #20 in its sixth week.

DK made waves at Comic-Con when it announced this week the identity of the exclusive minifigure featured in their upcoming book, LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary (October 2009). The minifigure, an exclusive Luke Skywalker design, will only be available for purchase as part of the book.
