FRANK SARGEANT is boating editor of Outdoor Life magazine, a contributing editor for Boating magazine, and a features editor for Florida Sportsman magazine, as well as senior script writer for Outdoor World, which appears weekly on TNN. His award-winning columns for the Tampa Tribune have been a favorite with Floridians for almost two decades, and he’s written a dozen books on boating and the outdoors including The Snook Book, a fishing classic, now it its eighth edition. In 1992, Sargeant received the National Marine Manufacturers Association Award as the nation’s top boating writer.
