Ridley Pearson is the author of more than twenty novels, including the Lou Boldt crime series, and several books for young readers. He and Dave Barry cowrote the award-winning children's novels Peter and the Starcatchers and Peter and the Shadow Thieves. He lives with his wife, Marcelle, and their two daughters, dividing time between St. Louis, Missouri, and Hailey, Idaho.
