Ursula Dubosarsky was born in Sydney in 1961 and works as a book and magazine researcher. One of her most memorable years was spent on a Kibbutz in Israel, where she loved living as part of a cosmopolitan society in a rural environment. She now lives in Sydney with her husband Avi, her daughter Maisie and her son Dover.
