Nick Corcodilos earned his credentials as a headhunter in California's Silicon Valley. He has helped executives, middle managers, engineers, and other professionals obtain positions in companies such as Xerox, IBM, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell, and Bell Aerospace. As s sales executive and management consultant he has worked with companies of all sizes, as well as with government agencies and academic institutions.
Today Corcodilos's firm, North Bridge Group, helps companies develop more effective strategies for selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right workers. Using the concepts in this book, Nick also provides an alternative to traditional outplacement to Fortune 500 companies, helping "downsized" workers win the right new jobs either internally or externally. His job-search coaching is available on a private basis to individual clients.
Nick Corcodilos holds a bachelor's and master's dregrees in cognitive psychology from Rutgers University and Stanford University.
